Specialist, Direct Import A/P-Financial Control (Delray Beach, FL)

Job Responsibilities The Specialist Direct Import A/P-Financial Control maintains Global Sourcing Accounting System (GSA) by ensuring completion of uploads and entries monthly.  Reconciles import purchase orders and Letters of Credit to merchandise received.  Reconcile general ledger accounts for imports and consignment liability.  Keeps abreast of changes in the import program, new initiatives and/or resolve import shipment problems.  Prepares receiver write-offs.  Maintains the security access for the Global Sourcing System.  Prepares weekly and monthly reporting.  Reviews new store opening paperwork for compliance. Job Requirements High School Diploma or Associates Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.  Minimum of one year finance related experience.  Advanced reading, writing and oral communication skills.
