Special Assets Administrator IV

The Individual is primarily responsible for driving the loan collection, workout, and recovery strategy for PCG. Specific goals are to manage and reduce exposure to problem (criticized) loans by assessing credit issues, understanding the collateral, documentation, and loan structure. The individual works to protect and improve the Bank's position through an understanding of legal options and foreclosure processes and acts within regulatory requirements. The position is also responsible for Credit Administration reporting of Assets Subject to Comment, Delinquency Trends, Non-Performing and Loss Projections and other related reporting.QualificationsKnowledge is normally acquired by completion of 4 years of college resulting in a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Five or more years applicable experience in managing a commercial or problem loan portfolio, credit training, documentation knowledge, knowledge of bank products/ services and regulatory issues preferred.
