My client has grown to become a leader in its industry – with approximately $10bn in PE capital - by acquiring attractive businesses and building them in partnership with management.This role calls for a highly analytical individual with a solid purchasing foundation, both in IT and on the general indirect side. You will come from a consultative environment, where you will have developed considerable experience designing, implementing and managing complicated sourcing programs.In short, the Commodity Manager will be responsible for centrally managing certain categories across a portfolio of assets, encompassing several geographic markets. The Commodity Manager’s overarching goal will at all times be to drive costs out of the supply chain without compromising or impairing product/service quality.
