Software Implementation Consultant
Job Description:
The individual will perform software deployment and customer service for a high volume professional environment. Responsibilities include support and training of software products as well as quality assurance and professional services. This position will require frequent travel to customer locations throughout North America, typically one to four days in duration. This individual will be trained to be an expert in the use of mobile technology for the construction industry to automate various business processes and achieve new levels of efficiency, timeliness and accuracy.

Key Tasks:
Key tasks will include business process analysis, system design, software implementation, system integration, training and post implementation measurement. The tasks include the ability to conduct and mange the deployment of mobile software solutions primarily for the construction industry. Successful candidate will be vibrant, highly motivated, display a strong work ethic, and be well versed with the construction industry and related business processes.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor level college degree is required. Four years of experience in the construction industry or an organization servicing the construction industry is required. Required skills include the ability to teach others on the use of technology; excellent communication skills, both oral and written; fundamental understanding of accounting concepts; experience with accounting software, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook; ability to accurately work with and analyze a high volume of data under limited supervision; and a professional attitude with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor level college degree is required. A course focus on accounting/general business and/or technology is preferred. Six to ten years of experience in the construction industry or an organization servicing the construction industry, with focus on accounting and/or software technology is desirable. Preferred skills include extensive job costing experience; experience with construction payroll processes and software; proven ability to teach others how to use technology in the construction industry; support of software specific to the construction industry; Microsoft PowerPoint familiarity and the ability to prepare presentations; high level of accuracy and attention to detail; proficient at problem solving and analysis and able to offer business solutions to customers.
