Software Company Seeking Experienced Credit/Collections Specialist

We are looking for a fast learner to manage the collection process for assigned commercial accounts in accordance with established policies, procedures and measurements as well as supporting our accounting team. Responsibilities: Maintaining the accuracy and integrity of designated commercial accounts with emphasis on adherence to terms and keeping past due percentages within established targets Set-up and maintain customer accounts Prepare biweekly and monthly reports (i.e. cash forecasting, dispute resolution analysis, billing to purchase order analysis, collection deduction analysis) Support accounting team, as assignedRequirements: 3 – 5 years solid Collection experience required 2 years of basic accounting experience is preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to reconcile accounts as necessary Proven success in handling customers, both internal and external, with emphasis on the reduction of DSO and past due percentages Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet commitments Strong analytical skills Must be detailed-oriented Oracle 11i Collection module experience preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office software and 10 key proficient Other tasks and duties as assigned  Please submit resumes to: bsrisongfa@accountantsinc.com   Accountants Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
