Site Supervisor

We are currently seeking a Site Manager in the Design and Production Services department to join us in our Seattle office. Responsibilities: - Oversee design, production and word processing services in multiple offices - Help to ensure firm deliverables are consistent in various locations; may manage exempt and non-exempt employees - Actively seek to understand business values and initiatives and translate into day to day practices - Provide accountability for meeting operational goals and overall compliance of the National Design, Proposal and Production Services (NDPPS) site locations - Manage operations in local office and remote locations - Help to ensure workgroups prioritize workflow in each location, integrity of tracking system to obtain internal recoveries, quality assurance on various documents produced in each location and national standards - Maintain relationships with local/area leadership - Help to ensure that current software/hardware is maintained in each location - Collaborate with Associate Director on compensation decisions and career development - Interview and hire new team members - Provide coaching, mentoring and performance evaluations that models firm core values - Develop best practices, measure team effectiveness and site development - Monitor service levels and respond with changing workflow demands - Assist with document creation and/or production in a word processing or graphics capacity Qualifications: - Experience in managing a team or workgroup - Strong organizational, people management, employee performance management and communication skills - Able to drive process improvements while motivating team to meet the challenges of an extremely deadline-driven environment - Demonstrated effective communication with customers and employees, and the ability to coach employees in a manner that models the core values of the firm - Strong project management skills and problem solving skills - Able to build and maintain strong relationships with key customers - Strong Microsoft office skills: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. KPMG offers and supports flexible work arrangements as well as part-time schedules.
