Senior Technical Support Associate

We are currently seeking a Senior Technical Support Associate to join us in our Montvale office. Responsibilities: - Provide technical support for Learning Management Systems (LMS) applications used by the Center for Learning and Development (CLD) - Oversee content migration including vendor test development, coordinating with developers and develop Question Mark (QM) tests - Monitor quality assurance such as monitoring LMS to confirm system integrity and adherence to standard operating procedures, participate in user-acceptance testing of application enhancements and content integration, test QM assessments and e-learning courses prior to release - Contribute to the design of new business processes to reflect new releases and changing system functionality by developing requirements and defining end-learner usability solutions - Act as a liaison to KPMG's technology support center to troubleshoot technical issues Qualifications: - Four years of progressive work experience supporting Web applications within a large corporate environment or professional services firm - Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university and/or equivalent work experience - Previous experience with enterprise-wide rollout, content management and quality assurance methodology - Experience with the following technologies: Javascript, SAP, Visio, HTML, graphics, ftp and Microsoft Office Suite - Project management experience with strong interpersonal and communication skills - Able to analyze and solve problems while maintaining a client service mindset KPMG offers and supports flexible work arrangements as well as part-time schedules.
