Through Tax Cosourcing, tax professionals work with clients to help them improve efficiencies, strengthen internal controls and enjoy greater access to and control over an organization's tax compliance activities.   We are currently seeking a Cosourcing Senior Manager to join the Deloitte Tax business.  Cosourcing Senior Managers must have the following qualifications:  - 6 or more years of general tax experience. - Experience with a Big 4 or Mid-size accounting firm or large corporate tax department of a multinational company is required. - Consulting and compliance experience is needed. - Strong technical background that includes an understanding of the relationship between tax technical issues and solutions and the compliance process. - Experience running large-scale tax compliance engagements. - Executive presence and the ability to relate as a trusted client advisor. - Comfortable using technology tools including Excel, Access, Word and some form of tax compliance software. - Strong research skills and strong written and verbal communication skills required. - Focus on development of people, skilled at generating a teaming environment and championing others' success. - Comfortable "owning" one or more client relationships. - FAS 109 accounting for income taxes experience. - Excellent project management and presentation skills required - CORPTax experience preferred. - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or other business related field required.  Advanced degree such as MST, JD or LLM preferred - CPA preferred. - Minimal travel required About DeloitteDeloitte refers to one or more of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, a Swiss Verein, and its network of member firms, each of which is a legally separate and independent entity.
