Senior Tax Analyst - research and planning as well as compliance

SENIOR TAX ANALYST  An exciting, growing company in a unique industry is looking for an experienced tax professional.  A lot of potential exists in the tax department of this publicly traded organization.  This position will have direct contact with and exposure to the Director of Taxes, making this a highly visible position.  They are looking for someone who has federal and state tax experience and FAS109 exposure, can work in a fast-paced environment and who is eager to have a growing, successful career.  Stock options are offered! Responsibilities Interact with multiple areas of the company to gather sufficient data in order to complete and file tax returns, administer tax audits and annual FAS109 computations.Prepare consolidated federal, state and local tax returns for the company and all its subsidiaries.Analyze and prepare supporting documentation for tax audits and assessments.Analyze and consolidate company and subsidiary data for fixed asset depreciation reporting.Assist in cost-saving ideas from a tax perspective.
