We are seeking a Sr. Staff Accountant – Financial Analysis for our Finance Department:This position reports to the Director of Finance and is responsible for supporting the financial results of the Company’s consolidated operations which includes preparing and analyzing the financial results for each of the Company’s individual subsidiaries.  Prepares, and distributes financial analyses in support of internal and external constituents including executive management, board of directors, investors, bank groups, leasing companies, landlords, and others.  Works in conjunction with Cash Manager to evaluate financing and investing alternatives and reviews financial benchmarks.  Works in conjunction with Budget Manager to resolve short-term budget variances and forecast long-term.  Analyzes financial data, draws conclusions, and presents recommendations to management.  Stays current with financial trends and is able to effectively research recent GAAP pronouncements and comment on their impact to the organization. Qualified applicants will have Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration or finance required.  Minimum 4 plus years of relevant experience.  General Ledger experience including journal entry input, account and bank reconciliations.  CPA or equivalent preferred.  Public accounting audit experience a plus.  Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access and experience with current general ledger applications, Platinum for Windows and FrX Report Writer experience a plus.  Detail oriented with strong problem resolution, analytical and organizational skills Our company was founded in 1987 and continues to grow each year.
