Senior Operations Auditor

Accretive Solutions is a national professional services firm that provides executive search services in the areas of accounting and finance, internal audit, tax and technology.

We are currently seeking a Senior Operations Auditor focused on process improvement for a large, dynamic, growing company in the Atlanta area.

 

Responsibilities:

 Evaluate operational processes and identify solutions for process improvement.Review, evaluate, and test controls and performance metrics of warehouse operations.Responsible leading the business operational audit including planning, fieldwork, and “wrap-upâ€�.Serve as a controls consultant on the process improvement/re-engineering team.Participating as a controls consultant on process improvement/re-engineering teamsAppraising business processes and providing value-added recommendations to managementAssist in the development of solutions to identified business needs meaningful communications to business ownersProvide meaningful communications to business owners and audit management.

 

Experience/Certification Requirements:

 At least 3 years audit experience (internal or external) or other relative operations experience.Strong understanding of audit, but driven by process improvement vs. accounting/auditingBA/BS in accounting or related field required CIA or CPA a plusFunctional knowledge of supply chain processes, 3rd party logistics, or experience auditing controls in warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing operationsAbility to analyze complex processes and identify potential improvement opportunitiesMust be able to travel up to 50%.
