Senior Manager, Information Governance

We are currently seeking a Senior Manager to join us in our Atlanta office. IT Advisory Services (ITA) professionals assess, design, and combine leading information management and operational processes, approaches, technologies, and controls to help enable sustained business value and risk management in support of the business. Information Technology (IT) organizations and their leaders often need a business focus that helps enable them to better organize and prioritize their IT investments based on factors including business value created, return on investments, and management of risk. Responsibilities: - Develop and execute business development plans related to Information Governance services (i.e. Privacy, IT Security, Data Flow Analytics, Trusted Third Party Management and e-Records Management) - Identify business opportunities and attract new business in the Information Governance space - Develop national methodology content and procedural detail - Present firm-based approaches and messaging at internal training classes, external events, and client environments - Publish thought leadership - Work with vendors to identify and secure partnering opportunities - Work across KPMG service lines to identify teaming opportunities - Develop Information Governance and IT Security related proposals, statements of work, master services agreements, and negotiate project engagements from start to finish - Manage complex Information Governance projects delivering value creation and value preservation services - Manage design, implementation, and monitoring efforts related to Information Governance engagements - Coordinate the compilation, completion, and filing of required engagement work papers and evidentiary matter Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college/university, or equivalent work experience - Extensive IT security industry experience, including design and implementation experience related to privacy, data classification, records management, data flow analysis, electronic discovery, and information lifecycle management projects - Demonstrated ability to identify business opportunities, attract new business, and build lasting professional relationships with senior level IT executives - Able to formulate and express ideas clearly and effectively in verbal and written presentations KPMG offers and supports flexible work arrangements as well as part-time schedules.
