Senior Manager, Global Sales & Operations

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:
Manage the Sales/Solutions and Global Transactions Unit (\"GTU\") - direct reports 4 people (3 Sales & Solutions Senior Managers & 1 GTU Senior Manager), in multiple buildings, in multiple geographic locations.
Sales/Solutions:
a. Manages sales staff, sets appropriate goals and coaches staff to achieve desired sales results.

b. Develop & implement global sales plan.

c. Coordinates with clients, relationship managers and other stakeholders (e.g. business development).

d. Participates in sales and relationship calls to clients as needed.

GTU (Operations):
a. Oversight of the operations group to ensure the team is developed, supports our business and that common goals are established to achieve desired results.

b. Develop/Manage the 6-12 month strategic plan for the operating group.

Ensures compliance with all Audit, Risk, and Regulatory requirements.
Creates and manages both groups' annual budget plan as agreed at the group level.
Will be required to travel as requested.
Will be required to participate in frequent conference calls outside the normal US work day (e.g. morning for AU).
Skills and experience:
Master's degree or equivalent; and ten to fifteen years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Significant securities industry experience in multi segments (not simply transfer agency segment) and, ideally, multiple geographic markets.
Strong experience in markets from a service development, strategy or senior operations and sales background.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Manages 3 employees in the Sales & Solutions team and 1 in GTU. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units. Carries out management responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
