This is an exceptional opportunity to expand your background by working in our expanding global economy. You will provide support and assistance to the International Tax Director and Manager to ensure that foreign tax liability and US tax liability on foreign income is managed at the lowest sustainable rate.Assist in reviewing the quarterly and annual accrual of income taxes on foreign operations in support of FAS 109.Utilize technical tax expertise to assist the International Tax Manager in strategic tax planning and corporate restructuring projects as well as helping to manage the day to day activities of international business in a tax efficient manner, Assist as necessary with M&A activities of the global operations, Assist in maintaining global intellectual property as well as preparing policies and procedures with respect to global ownership of intellectual property,Ensure international tax functions are compliant with internal SOX policies, including reviewing and monitoring necessary revisions to existing documents and procedures Track foreign dividends and repatriation of cashMonitor debt verses ratiosResearch and assist with identification and implantation of tax planning opportunitiesHelp monitor and maintain compliance with SOX key controls and process.Knowledge of US GAAP and tax provision accounting, Prefer Big 4 or large multinational experience, Highly motivated with excellent technical and analytical skills, Analytical ability and detail orientation Email your resumePlease click here,or copy and paste the following link into your email browser, to email your resume.
