This is an exciting time for CareerSoft, and we need an experienced Inside Sales Professional to support our expanding operations.
About the Position:
We are currently seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to support new business development for our Candidate Search service. This is a tremendous opportunity for the right candidate. Responsibilities include developing and closing new sales of our online resume sourcing service to companies seeking new employees.
This is an inside sales position. Qualified individuals will have at least 3 years of inside sales experience selling business to business. Our clients range from small public accounting firms to Fortune 1000 manufacturing companies so the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of customers is essential. Any experience selling business services is a plus.
Location:
CareerSoft's office is in scenic downtown Boulder, Colorado. We are located one block from Pearl Street and are within walking distance of a variety of restaurants and outdoor activities.
Compensation:
We offer an excellent compensation package. The position pays base plus commission and performance bonuses. At plan, you can expect to earn $65,000 to $95,000 in the first year with up to 25% growth each additional year.
