Senior HealthCare Audit Manager

We are committed to creating lasting partnerships with our clients by providing the services necessary for business owners and corporate leaders to achieve their goals.  The Senior Manager is responsible for all phases of project and engagement management for multiple clients. The Senior Manager has full responsibility for planning, directing, and completing audits as well as billing and collections.  The Senior Manager will develop and manage team members.  The Senior Manager will actively participate in business development. Our comprehensive flexible benefit plan includes health/dental insurance, disability/life insurance, flexible spending accounts, 401K plan and paid vacations/holidays. Requirements Successful candidate will have a minimum of seven years of public accounting or related experience along with a demonstrated record of progressively increasing knowledge, skill and responsibility. In addition, sound written and verbal communication skills, an ability to work independently or as part of a team and the capacity to appropriately interact with all levels of Firm management and staff, clients and other external business contacts are required.  A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business or Finance is required as well as an annual minimum of forty (40) hours of Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits.  It is the Firm's policy to require Senior Managers to be credentialed; specifically; they must have a current CPA License, Juris Doctorate, or be an Enrolled Agent (EA).  Individuals in this position must have demonstrated computer skills and experience with accounting software. A valid driver's license is also required.  Working conditions & Expectations - Frequent same day travel for work at clients' offices using a personal vehicle. - Frequent/Occasional out-of-town travel that may require overnight stay for work at clients using a personal vehicle.
