Senior Corporate Tax Manager

Company:  Ajilon Finance Job Category:  Accounting/Finance/Insurance Reference Code:  GB-33094-527646 Location:  NC 27104 Job Status:  Full Time, Employee International corporation based in NC seeks tax management professional wiht expertise in FAS 109 to join their tax team.  Will report directly to VP, Taxes and be primarily responsible for preparing the quarterly and annual world-wide FAS 109 provision, income tax accounting . This person will interact with the accounting group for Corporate as well as in the foreign locations and outside auditors.  Identify and analyze all tax exposures under the rules of FIN 48 and compute annual effective rate on a quarterly basis.  Prepare financial statement disclosures for all SEC required filings. Seek process improvements, including the use of technology, to make the capturing of information and the tax provision computation efficient and remains efficient.  Assist in tax research for planning purposes when necessary.  Development of the staff. Periodically review the Sarbanes Oxley controls to assure they are effective and reflect the department’s current processes.  Will also assist in tax planning.   Light international travel is required.
