Developing the skills to perform an effective review of all types of engagements such as, compilations, reviews, audits, and agreed-upon procedure projects.Managing client relationshipsAssistingAudit Partners, Managers with research and consulting services Understanding a range of accounting issues including those involving higher levels of judgment such as the priority for income taxes, revenue recognition, subsequent events, contingencies,industry specific,the status of the engagement and making appropriate modifications toengagement plans. Establishing performance objectives for individuals, the engagement team,measuring performance against those objectives Ensuring time incurred on a project is properly charged to the project while maintaining awareness of the budget thorough understanding working knowledge of client's business and accounting system Drafting financial statements, footnotes and applicable Knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, OCBOA,Knowledge of the FASB, AICPA, GAOI and GASB.Educational & Experience Requirements· BS/BA in Accounting or equivalent (having met the requirements to sit for the CPA exam or requirements are in progress) · Minimum two years experience; preferably relevant U.S. public accounting experience · Preferably one year of supervisory experienceMust have 3 years experience auditing .
