They offer an extremely strong benefits package and are willing to pay above market for the right people to join their organization.  Key Responsibilities:   2-5 years experience in financial and/or Operational Auditing Ability to speak Spanish preferred A professional certification such as CPA, CIA, CISA, CISSP, or CISM is a plus Conduct audit field work focused primarily on systems, business processes and internal control procedures Recommend solutions and improvements that will enhance efficiencies relevant to business objectives Bachelor's degree required, Accounting / Finance or IT majors Public accounting and/or internal auditing experience a plus Strong background in controls and compliance Experience in performing both general and application control reviews Ability to function independently and interact effectively with operational areas Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to travel up to 15%  Qualifications:   At least 1 years experience in Financial and/or Operational Auditing A professional certification such as CPA, CIA, CISA, CISSP, or CISM is a plus Public accounting and/or internal auditing experience Strong background in controls and compliance Experience in performing both general and application control reviews Ability to function independently and interact effectively with operational areas Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong understanding of system design techniques and methodologies and major types of system audits.
