Company:  Ajilon Finance Job Category:  Accounting/Finance/Insurance Reference Code:  L1-30010-527709 Location:  NJ 07936 Job Status:  Full Time, Employee Industry leading, publicly held energy related organization seeks a conscientious, personable, and detail oriented Senior Accountant to add to its growing team/organization.    This person will be responsible for: • Daily accounting activities for one of our diverse companies •Facilitates month-end close activities including journal entry preparation, AP accruals, revenue accruals, and calculations for journal entries •Support the Quarterly and Year End Audit •Prepares and maintains monthly Sarbanes-Oxley 404 documentation •Performs billing processing •Prepares all General Ledger Reconciliations including Bank Reconciliations •Manages all credit card operations and reconciliations •Performs Peoplesoft Accounts Receivable and Billing support to field personnel as needed •Actively interprets and reviews financial results and financial analysis information in order to determine progress against budget and forecast   Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Finance or Accounting, 5 - 7 years of general accounting experience using a mid-range or high-end ERP system, AR / Billing system knowledge and Ad-hoc report writing skills a plus, Strong knowledge of MS Excel required, and experience with inter-company / intra-unit transactions a plus.   Send resumes to annmarie.decandia@ajilon.com Salary/Pay Rate: up to $70K plus bonus About Ajilon Ajilon Professional Staffing is a leader in recruiting and project consulting, with specialty divisions in finance & accounting, management & office support, and legal.
