Often noted in the Business pages of area publications, they have established themselves as a major "player" in the area.They are seeking to add a Senior Accountant with a proven track record of M & A work, including hands-on experience with the assets and reporting, of acquired companies. SAP experience combined with advanced Excel skills will be critical to success in this position.  Strong understanding of GAAP, acquisition and general business strategy.  Reviewing and modifying financial models to understand valuation impact of changes in the business. Analyzing, reviewing and managing due diligence information. Some travel will be required (domestic and international).
