Senior Accountant with Job Costing experience

A growing company in Dallas is seeking a Senior Accountant with job costing experience to join their team.  All qualified candidates must have an accounting or finance degree with atleast 3-5 years experience. This position has room for growth and advancement. Responsibilities: - General ledger transactions and integrity of the ledger and financial statements - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements - Monthly and quarterly/annual tax deposits and payments - Complete work in progress and monthly reports - Review and Maintain A/P & A/R - Bank & account reconciliation - Payroll and expense reports - Insure Compliance with GAAP procedures - Insure Proper Billing - Provide general accounting for multiple business units - General office duties and assist management where needed - Perform all Month End Closing procedures up to and including the generation of Income Statements and Balance Sheet; and - Review all information systems for proper upkeep and maintenance.
