Senior Accountant Needed ASAP!!!
Parker and Lynch has teamed up with company in Dallas for a Senior Accountant position. this is an excellent position and the position needs to be filled ASAP!!Job Description: Under general supervision, prepares complex journal entries, performs account reconciliations, reviews and analyzes ledgers, prepares financial statements, and analyzes financial information recommending further action, if needed. Responsibilities also include analyzing trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations incurred to predict future revenues and expenses. Reports analysis of organization’s finances to management. Assists with maintaining internal control compliance and local tax compliance. Provides professional guidance and training to fellow staff accountants. Leads and direct the work of lower level staff accountants. Leads and assists difficult tasks and accounting projects. Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Required bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field with concentration in accounting. CPA preferred!!
