   Paid Time Off - For the first five years of service you earn 23 days of "paid time off". After five years of employment, you will earn 28 days paid time off.
Â
   Holidays - There are six designated paid holidays. In addition, there are generally three or four extra "Office Closing" days.
Â
   Bonus - You are eligible for the firm's discretionary bonus plan.Â

·        Medical/Dental Insurance - Such insurance is available and is covered by Blue Cross of California.
Â
   Life Insurance - All staff are provided with a group term life policy that is issued in conjunction with the health plan.
Â
   Disability Insurance - Disability insurance is also provided by the firm through the AICPA Trust.
Â
·        401(k) Plan -You are eligible for the Firm's 401(k) plan on the first enrollment date.

Travel - Minimal out of town overnight travel. No one has had more than two weeks in any one year in 18 years of the firm’s existence.
