Advanced technology is used in multiple applications at Federal government agencies, and offices, military bases and facilities, correctional institutions, courthouses, police and sheriff stations, educational institutions, nuclear power plants, ports of entry, corporate mailrooms and loading docks, and hospitals.

Job Description

Control Screening seeks a Senior Accountant / Bookkeeper with experience working in a manufacturing environment. Domestic and International business experience required. Job involves supervision of general accounting functions including accounts receivable & payable, payroll processing, cost analysis, inventory & internal audits. This position will provide financial analysis and insight to management decisions. Treasurer experience helpful



Job Responsibilities:

* Manage general accounting functions

* MRP - Inventory Control

* Cost Analysis

* Coordination and auditing of physical inventory and cycle counts

* Financial planning, analysis and forecast

* Prepare financial reports

* Supervise our 2 International Manufacturing plants Accounting Departments

* Background in working with General Liability, Workman's Compensation & Health insurance policies and agents

* Investigate and troubleshoot problems

* Experience working with Letters of Credit and International Business Practices a plus

* Work with President of Company on special projects

* Experience working with banks Domestic and International

* Work closely with outside auditing companies



Job Qualifications:

* Bachelor degree in Accounting or finance,

* 5 years or more experience working in manufacturing environment

* Highly motivated self starter

* Must be able to multi-task and trouble shoot problems

* Possess strong computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel including accounting software

* Analytical mind
