This $6.6 Billion company is a leading global provider of integrated information-based solutions to businesses and professional customers.  They provide value-added information, with software tools and applications that help its customers make better decisions, faster.  They serve professionals in the fields of law, tax, accounting, financial services, scientific research and healthcare. Title: Senior Accountant – RW#1001129829– Atlanta, GA IF YOU RECEIVE A CALL FROM US, THE TELEPHONE NUMBER WILL APPEAR UNAVAILABLE ON CALLER ID This is a 6 month contract position Pay: 32/hr to 35/hr Requirements:Bachelor Degree required, with a concentration in Accounting or FinanceMust have 4 - 5 years transaction tax consulting experienceDemonstrates thorough understanding and working knowledge of the clients business and tax issues.Proven business development and/or sales experience Very proficient with the Microsoft suite of toolsAbsorb new technologies and ideas quickly Job Description: The Senior Consultant, Consulting & Workflow Services is a seasoned client service professional responsible for executing complex consulting services engagements/projects that will often times requires managing additional staff members This position will interface directly with the client while taking their primary project execution direction from consulting staff management Independent research, analysis and determination associated with executing client projects, to include communication with statutory representatives, i.e. federal, state & local taxing authorities and interpreting regulations and tax codes Executes Scope of Work (SOW) consulting engagements in accordance with project requirements Reports status to senior consulting team staff to ensure proper execution and adherence to SOW requirements Assign certain project tasks as required to ensure project execution Adheres to time budgets and deadlines as assigned in such a way that will deliver revenue objectives in accordance with budgets, forecasts and affiliated/subsequent targets Maintains overall quality of project deliverables Communicates with team leadership regarding project status and potential obstacles to success.
