Senior AR Billing Analyst

Position SummaryMonitor assigned contracts from customer signing through termination to ensure compliance with contract terms.  This includes set-up and distribution of agreements into contracts module of PeopleSoft to ensure billing, revenue and operational compliance Essential Duties·  30%  Perform the required setup of billing & revenue for new contracts and renewals each month within the contracts module of Peoplesoft, in accordance with established processing times and closing schedules.·  30%  Ensure monthly billing is completed accurately and in accordance to close schedule·  5%  For assigned contracts, provide status reports to managers as it pertains to contract billing.  ·  15%  Monitor compliance to insure billing and product/services delivered are in accordance with contract terms.  For assigned contracts this includes tracking contractual milestones, monitor support and limited-term license renewals and notifying clients of annual increases in accordance with contract terms and conditions.  Prompt sales rep/account executives to initiate/generate required documentation.·  10%  Prepare any required adjustments upon notice from contracts dept of customer terminations.·  10%  Provide billing information, research, troubleshoot, follow-up and field questions as necessary. Non-Essential Duties§ Other duties as required by business conditions or as assigned. Minimum Qualifications·  Requires 4+ years billing AR experience·  Requires 1-2 years contract review experience·  Requires 1-2 years AR Collection experience·  Associates Degree in business related field or equivalent experience·  Peoplesoft or other financial software application knowledge  Proficiency Qualifications·  Knowledge of  billing, and revenue recognition concepts·  Knowledge of basic contracting concepts·  Organization Skills·  Detail Oriented·  Excellent communication skills·  Knowledge of commonly used business software required, Microsoft Excel a must·  Interpersonal and English language skills sufficient to interact & communicate effectively with staff & clients·  PC and keyboarding typing skills sufficient to meet production and quality standards·  Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiply tasks with rapidly changing priorities and deadlines·  Ability to work in a fast paced environment   It is the policy of our company to provide equal employment opportunity to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, handicap or veteran's status, or status within any other protected group.
