Green Key Resources is seeking an internal recruiter to manage the firm’s entire internal recruiting process. We are looking for an experienced recruiter who is a fearless cold caller with an aggressive attitude. The ideal candidate should display a sense of creativity and a knowledge of cutting-edge methods to strategically source candidates. This opportunity will allow for someone to explore their creativity while simultaneously working in a structured, effective environment.
Bachelors Degree required.
Must have 2-3 years of corporate or agency recruiting experience.
Sales experience is preferred.
Aggressive base salary + bonus (or commission incentives)
