Security Administration utilizes established security policies and practices, which enforce appropriate access control and authority levels. The primary focus of this team is to provide secure system access and support for both local and nationwide personnel. The Security Administration team works regularly with the Systems Security team on various company initiatives. This position will focus on performing analysis of requests for systems access to determine appropriate user rights as well as audits of specific systems that contain sensitive data as defined by the company.Essential Skills:•In-depth analysis of requests for system and/or application access to determine appropriate user rights.•Collaborate with business owners to maintain secure access approval and justification processes for systems access.•Perform weekly, monthly, and quarterly audits on critical systems to determine access is appropriate and complies with HIPAA, SOX, and audit guidelines.•Work with various System Administrators and management to ensure appropriate access is granted for id and report requests.•Review and update policies, procedures and user request forms.•Participate in the review and evaluation of internal controls as described in the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002.•Reviewing, documenting, evaluating and testing general controls in a wide range of environments.•Communicating findings to the management and systems teams and working with them to provide recommendations to increase security and/or compliance with policies.•Identify opportunities and implement solutions leveraging technology and automation to provide improved audit assurance and/or enhanced audit efficiencies.•Manage access to corporate resources including creation, maintenance, and removal of ids for systems accessed by corporate and store personnel.•Respond to client emails, calls, and off-hour pages in a timely and professional manner.•Create and maintain security databases, spreadsheets and other reporting tools for the purpose of user/system access management.•Provide support and backup to Systems Security team members when required.•Position requires rotation for off-hours 24x7 support pager.Systems supported:• Lotus Notes• Active Directory• TSO/RACF/Mainframe• AS400• VPN/Checkpoint• Pinnacle Building Access System• Authenticator• WHI PBS applications• Intercom Plus• Unix• OracleQualifications:•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management Systems, or related field.•Three plus years of related professional experience with any of the following: Internal audit or IT audit, security analysis, and/or security administration.•Experience auditing systems access and analysis of user rights and roles.•HIPAA, Sarbanes-Oxley, and PCI experience.•Strong verbal and written communication skills.•Professional, team-oriented, self motivated individual.•Ability to multi-task, troubleshoot and resolve problems.•PC literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Excel, Access, and Word.
