We are currently looking for a Securitization Director to join our Treasury team in our contact center in Horsham, Pennsylvania, located just outside of Philadelphia in beautiful Montgomery County. As the Securitization Director you will be responsible for detailed review and knowledge of legal documents, contract negotiations, analyses, reporting, and compliance tracking related to Advanta’s structured finance transactions, including securitization and various other transactions. Specific Responsibilities Participate in various aspects of securitization transactions with primary focus on detailed review and negotiation of legal documentation and disclosure. Work with outside counsel and internal management to ensure that documentation properly reflects the terms of transactions and meet disclosure requirements. Provide supporting documentation, analytical support and manage data for charge off sales or any other sales to third parties. Responsible for administrative functions related to post-closing securitization activity (i.e. updating of spreadsheets, preparation of summary reports, bill payments)Responsible for monitoring all transactions while outstanding, and ensuring documentation requirements are met. Compare and prepare analyses of Advanta’s portfolio vs. other issuers in the credit card industry.Prepare board resolutions and monitor compliance requirements with resolutions, transaction requirements, laws and other policies and procedures.Provide other support or work on projects as requested by management.

Paralegal Degree, Juris Doctor (JD), degree in Finance/Accounting, or minimum of 2 years experience working with legal contract review and documentation.1+ years experience in legal contract negotiation/review required.Experience in structured finance or asset securitization a plus but not mandatory. Knowledge of credit card industry a plus. Must be organized, detail and results oriented and efficient.Project Management experience preferred; must be able to tie together several aspects of a transaction. Excellent written and oral communication skills required.Ability to understand and analyze diverse and complex financial transactions.Strong knowledge of Windows; PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel.
