JOB DESCRIPTION:
This position requires that candidates be detail oriented, able to work timely and accurately within deadlines, and possess good problem solving skills. Candidates should have excellent communication skills as they will be working with borrowers and custodians in both US and Non US locations. Responsibilities of day-to-day operational support include, but are not limited to: Accurately processing, monitoring securities transactions in foreign and domestic markets. Coordination and tie out of various transactions in support of the operations department. Confirmation and reconciliation with borrowers and custodians of trade transactions. Gathering of statistics on various operational functions for reporting.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Seeking a college graduate or relevant work experience. Candidates must be detail oriented; have excellent oral and written communication skills; be capable of managing multiple priorities; take a proactive approach to their personal development, be open to feedback and possess good problem solving skills. Candidates should be proficient in MS Office (specifically Excel, Word and Outlook) and the ideal candidate will have experience in an operations setting. Excel skills are desirable.
