The ideal candidate will be self-starter, with proven general accounting skills.
Primary job responsibilities: Month end close related responsibilities (i.e. Preparing JEs, Account Reconciliations, Variance Analysis, Inter-company Transactions, etc.) Bank statement reconciliation experienceStrong Excel and problem-solving skillsSAP proficiency a definite plusFlexibility to perform cross-functional dutiesExtra hours may be required during peak periods

Requirements:B.S. degree in accounting - working knowledge of GAAP3+ years related experience in accounting. Experience in the proactive compilation and analysis of financial information using spreadsheets, databases, and other financial reporting software.Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office software (especially Microsoft Excel and Word).Thorough understanding of Financial Statements and the General Ledger.Skills necessary to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, both verbally and in writing.Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a teamwork environment.Must be able to handle and safeguard sensitive and proprietary information in a confidential manner.SAP software experience preferred
