IneoQuest Technologies is currently in need of a Senior Software Engineer with MicroStrategy Business Intelligence for our IP Video Network Monitoring Reporting products. You will be involved in requirement gathering, design, development and maintenance of software applications in the Java/J2EE environment with Business Intelligence technology and frameworks. This position is a regular full-time opportunity located in our Westford, MA office.

* Design and development of advanced reporting, analytics and Business Intelligence applications using Java/J2EE technologies and BI tools.

* Perform feature and system integration testing.

* Working with the Quality Assurance team to support the applications through the software test cycle.

* Contribute to the overall architecture of the system.

* Assist the technical support team and Field support team to debug and analyze complex issues at customer installations.

Requirements:

* BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent is required

* Must haveminimum 1 year of experience with MicroStrategy Business Intelligence

* Must have3 or more years experience in Java/J2EE development

* Must have strong experience with relational databases. Experience with MySQL is a plus

* Proficient in object oriented design concepts

* Experience with Web 2.0 technologies like ExtJS, YUI, DOJO etc is a plus

* Experience working in both the Windows and Unix environment

* Well versed with development using IDEs (Eclipse)

* Familiarity with Build Tools (ant, make)

* Familiarity with Source Control system (Subversion etc.)

* Familiarity with defect tracking systems (bugzilla etc.)

* Good trouble shooting and data analysis skills

* Good written and communication skills
