We are currently looking to hire an experienced SOX Audit Compliancy Analyst to join our applications consulting practice.

 

Location: Portland, OR


Specific requirements:


· Experienced working on IT compliancy projects and operational compliancy processes related to SOX 404.

· Experienced working with technical IT teams in the design, remediation, and implementation of effective process and systems controls.

· Experienced effectively facilitating SOX Control self assessments, and supporting internal and external auditors during audit assessments and reviews.

· Ability to work effectively across Retail IT application platform teams (AS400/iSeries, Windows, and Unix) on control design, control testing and execution, and Document Management for Controls.

· Ability to work and communicate effectively with internal Retail IT teams, the IT Compliancy office, internal and possibly external auditors, IT Security staff, as well as IT Process and Control Owners to perform all required designs, self-tests, audits and other assessments.

· Skilled in multimedia technical writing, creating policy, process, and procedure documentation using flow charts and other graphic assets to communicate complex information to various audiences.

Desired Skills:


· Retail systems experience is preferred.

· Project coordination skills desired.

· The ability to proactively research, learn and become competent in on new compliancy, regulatory and statutory requirements that are relevant to Retail is preferred.

· Operational familiarity with IBM AS400 (i-Series) and its software tools is preferred.

· Understanding of windows and Unix platforms desired.
