SENIOR ACCOUNTANT - MIDTOWN, NYC - TO $85K

 

Billion $ International publicly traded Services Corporation located in Midtown New York City has an excellent opportunity available for a Senior Corporate Accountant which is looking to jump start his/her career. Reporting to the Corporate Accounting Manager, you will have the following duties and responsibilities:

 Preparation of international consolidated financial statements and review and analysis of supporting detail.Review and control timeliness and accuracy of regional and international financial reporting.Account analysis and reconciliations.Ensure proper GAAP accounting policies and procedures adhered to.Assist with SEC reporting.Ensure Sox 404 compliance for consolidated financial reporting.Assist external auditors with quarterly reviews and annual audit.Special projects and ad hoc reporting.

 

This position offers excellent growth and advancement potential, comprehensive health and fringe benefits, and a starting salary of $75-$85K.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

The candidate we are looking for would have the following:

 Degree in Accounting2-4 years Big 4/Corporate experienceCPA preferred.Experience with Consolidations and SEC reporting.Ability to communicate with International subsidiaries.Strong PC skills : EXCELL, ACCESS and WORD.
