Morris County based company seeks Senior Financial Accountant to join a special team. This position will be responsible for all aspects of accounting, including general ledger, payables, receivables, accruals, month end book close, account reconciliation for operational accounts and other related accounting transactions. This position will assist in preparing and monitoring weekly cash flow reports and forecasts, in addition will produce and interpret detailed financial analysis for variances to budgets/forecasts by communicating with various departments to resolve issues. Prepare and distribute monthly financial reports and supporting documentation to department and divisional managers.
This position requires a proactive, highly motivated individual with an aptitude for building processes and procedures, documenting controls and who can work independently to deliver accurate and timely results.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a BA in accounting, CPA A PLUS, 10-15 years of accounting experience, a strong desire to exceed expectations and strong interpersonal skills.
