SEC Reporting Director
RiverPoint is currently seeking a SEC Reporting Director for a fulltime position at a client of ours located in Galveston, TX
This position will oversee all SEC reporting for our client and its subsidiaries.
· Master’s degree (MBA and/or CPA preferred) in accounting, finance, business administration or other job-related discipline preferred.
· Ten to Twelve years of progressively responsible experience in Accounting/ Finance with 5 plus yeas of SEC reporting experience.
· Insurance industry experience significantly preferred (Life or P&C)
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Strong project management and coordination skills to interact with various subsidiaries and departments.
