SEC Manager for Global Biotech Company
Global biotech company that developes a cutting edge technology that revolutionizes life-science research is looking for a SEC Manager. This organization is in heavy growth and has recently filed it's S1 and is going to go public very soon. Based on the Peninsula they offer an exciting and collegial working environment with excellent compensaiton and benefits including stock options.Responsibilities: SEC Worldwide Reporting Manager responsible for timely preparation of annual and periodic SEC filings on Forms 10-K, 10Q, 8-K and proxy Statements, including development of timeline, gathering of data and coordination of review and approvals. Assist with the preparation of quarterly Audit Committee packages, earnings press releases and earnings conference call scripts. Proactively identify, research, communicate and draft technical memorandums on significant or existing transactions or accounting related issues. Assist in the development, testing, documentation and maintenance of internal control policies and procedures to ensure the Company is compliant with documented internal policies in conjunction with Sarbanes Oxley compliance Research and implement new accounting standards and business partner with international subsidiaries to ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal policies and procedures as required. Requirement: BS degree in AccountingCPA with 5+ years of related experience Accountants Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
