SEC Financial Reporting

    An excellent opportunity for a Manager of SEC Financial Reporting and Consolidations at a Long Island based global company.  This accounting professional will manage the consolidation process and the preparation of Forms 10-K and 10-Q to be filed with the SEC. The candidate will be involved in the research of new accounting pronouncements and the accurate and timely implementation of new accounting/reporting requirements.


 Qualifications required: Hands on knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, or related field. 10 plus years experience CPA required Public and private accounting experience Strong user of Excel Excellent organization and communication skills  Ability to multi task

 

Preferred qualifications:

·  Big 4 experience

·  Corporate experience with a company with revenues excess of $250m
