We are seeking dynamic and highly motivated Accounting, Finance and Audit professionals with some of the following experience: * Sarbanes Oxley compliance/internal and/or external audit *SEC reporting (preparation of Forms 10Q and 10K) *Restatement of prior year financials *Accounting Policy/FASB research or implementation. *FAS 109, 123, 133, 141 *GAAP accounting, consolidations, monthly close *SAP, Hyperion, Oracle or Peoplesoft proficiency and/or implementation Ideal candidates possess the following qualifications: * BS/BA degree in Business, Accounting or Finance * CPA/MBA with Big 4 or national public accounting experience * 10+ years relevant industry experience * High degree of computer literacy with a major ERP system (i.e. SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft), Excel and Access * Client service driven with excellent communication and relationship management skills * Flexible, adaptable and hands-on approach Our unique compensation package allows professionals to choose their client projects, while building lifetime relationships within our global community.
