Retirement Plan Account Manager

Benefit Administration, Inc. is a Wisconsin based, third party administration firm specializing in all types of 401K plans, including cross-tested.
Due to expansion, we are currently seeking full-time Account Managers who will be responsible for all aspects of plan administration. The account managers will:Gather information from clients, CPA's, payroll companies, and advisors Input data into administration software system Analyze and reconcile plan assets Perform ADP/ACP tests, 410b, 401a4 Assist clients in determining and maintaining compliance Prepare Form 5500 and other filings for IRS and DOL Communicate with Employers and Investment Professionals

The successful candidates for this position will be self-motivated individuals who put a high premium on customer service, team work, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Education Requirements:

BS or BA with some combination of Business, Accounting, Finance, or Mathematics preferred or equivalent industry experience.

Additional Requirements:2 to 4 years of 401(k) plan administration experience preferredBasic knowledge of ERISA preferredExcellent written, verbal, and customer service skills required. Must have a demonstrated ability to be responsive and maintain strong client relationsA demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a deadline driven environment with frequently changing prioritiesProficiency with basic software programs, including Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) required; Experience with ASC Administration or similar pension software a plus.
