You will work directly with clients and prospects to analyze their needs and present tailored recommendations, plus respond to formal Request for Proposal (RFP) opportunities.  This officer will independently network with various internal bank partners such as Treasury Management Sales Consulting, Commercial Product Management and Development, and Commercial Customer Service to create innovative solutions that are industry specific for the client/prospect.  You will prepare internal pricing models to deliver competitive pro forma pricing to the client, as well as work to enhance profitability of all assigned relationships.

This officer will also develop and implement a written account plan for each client, and maintain detailed tracking of all assigned clients and prospects in our proprietary customer relationship management system, Enterprise Solutions for Bankers (ESB). You are the “quarterback” to assure that clients receive superior service from all members of the team in Treasury Management Services, Commercial Customer Service, and other bank units.

We provide thorough business line training to enable our officers to comply with Union Bank of California’s Business Standards of Conduct, Patriot Act, CIP, Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering, Bank Secrecy Act, information security and suspicious activity reporting requirements, and other regulatory and compliance policies and procedures. Working with Commercial Customer Service, you will follow account opening procedures, understand and follow internal suspicious activity reporting requirements and processes, as well as understand each client’s normal account activity.  You will perform related duties as assigned.
