Regional Manager / PayDay Loans - Car Title Loans
Regional Manager Position – Based in Birmingham,AL
Experienced manager in Payday Loans and Car Title Loans needed to cover offices in north Alabama and north Mississippi. We are looking for a performance-driven, self-motivated Multi-Unit Manager to start ASAP. Under limited supervision manages 7 - 10 stores in a geographical area. Manages 12-15 subordinate supervisors. Responsible for exchanging information, resolving problems and provide advice and guidance, and growth of the area. Requires frequent use of independent judgment and discretionary reasoning within the policies and procedures of the company. Background should include collections and excellent people skills. Previous work in Rent to Own and or Buy Here –Pay Here Auto Sales or Car Rental is very helpful. Package in the $50K to $65K range to include base pay, bonuses, health coverage and Auto allowance. Stringent background examination and Drug screening are necessary.
