Regional Financial Analyst

Regional Financial Analyst:  The ideal candidate will have exceptional track record in the capacity of Financial Analyst within a multi-state/site experience with a hands on approach.  This position will report to the VP/GM of the West Region based in Boise Idaho.  This position works closely with the finance department based in California.  You will ensure all accounting controls and reporting requirements are in place and adhered to by your region.

The focus of this position will be budget development, forcasting/reporting and financial analysis.  You will work with branch management leadership.Offer support and direction in implementation of operational improvement You will work closely with other regional and coporate resources to support standardization and implmentaion of best practices. You will act as the point of caontacr for financial matters with Coproate Finance  Lead annual budget development, track variances throught the year. Head and be responsible of financial forecast, analystes and report for the recional management team. You will provide recommendations and analyst based on financial data and other pertinent information, making recommendations for improvement of operations, resource allocation, budgeting and reporting.

Knowledge and Requirements:BA degree in Business Administration/Accounting emphasis required.   MBA  desired 5-7 years of Accounting, financial analyst in a mid size and multi-state/site company Strong Teamwork, colloboration and communiation skills Commercial construction industry and/or service oriented  experience Willing to travel @20%, overnight branch locaitons and Corporate visits. Excepational communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex analytical data.
