Reznick Talent Solutions (RTS), a full service professional staffing firm, is dedicated to identifying talent solutions for companies and providing career management advice to individuals.  RTS focuses its recruiting efforts on experienced finance, accounting, tax, and business advisory professionals for direct placement, interim placement and temporary services.  RTS is growing and looking to hire Recruiters for both our direct placement and consulting divisions for our Bethesda, Maryland office.

Requirements

To be considered for these positions, candidates must possess the following:   

w  BS/BA required; accounting or finance degree a plus!

w  Minimum 1-2 years recruitment, consulting, or accounting experience (will consider new college graduates that possess an accounting or finance degree and seek a career in recruiting)

w  Finance and accounting recruitment experience desired

w  Knowledge of finance and accounting technical skills and functions

w  Consulting and business development experience desired

w  Solid computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet) and knowledge of applicant tracking systems

w  Demonstrated communication skills, both verbal and written

w  Competitive spirit with a strong dedication to achieving results
