This position requires experience in AP/AR. This position pays $10.00 an hour. The ideal candidate will have no more then 1 to 2 years of experience as a receptionist with AP/AR experience; longevity in their work history is a must. The right candidate will have basic computer skills in Microsoft Suite, including excel and outlook.They will be able to handle multiple phone lines in a professional manner; incoming and outgoing mail; Fed Ex/UPS, etc. They will be detail oriented, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as successfully complete all basic reception duties.This is a temp to hire position, Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.RequirementsStrong basic Microsoft skills No more then two years experience as a receptionist  Excellent written and verbal communication skills Professional communication skills and presentation About Ultimate Staffing Want to work with people who care about your personal and professional growth?
