Main functions
Responsible for receiving and directing telephone calls, greeting visitors and providing general information. Produces computer documents as requested by the various departments and distribute mail.

Education : Secondary - Vocational Course (Diploma), Diploma in office administration
Completed
Years of experience related to the job offer : 7 to 11 months experience
Description of qualifications : 6 months of relevant experience Strong interpersonnel & communication skills (approchable) Able to manage priorities (organized and structured). Strong writing and communication skills in the language of work. Versatile, detail-oriented, thorough. Customer- and action-oriented. Independent; strong capacity for teamwork. Ability to adapt in the context of change. Very good knowledge of Microsoft office tools.
