Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Receptionist with some experience in office administration to provide support to our fast growing group of professionals. Extreme attention to detail, high energy, excellent organizational, time management, customer service, communication and computer skills are essential to effectively manage the day-to-day challenges of this position. Job ResponsibilitiesProvide Office Management support (office/building maintenance, ordering supplies, event coordination)Answer incoming calls, ‘meet and greet’ and interact with clients.Provide administrative support including copying, faxing, scanning, mail processing and filing.Organize and pay all monthly office expenses.Assist VP Finance in the preparation of financial statements.Meeting/conference room scheduling.Assist Executives with correspondence, presentations and spreadsheets, travel arrangements, etc.Preparing and processing invoices, travel and expense reports.Coordinates and assists monthly Board of Directors Meeting.Assists HR Director in keeping employees informed of all changes in personnel policies.Special projects and other related duties as required. Job QualificationsBachelor’s degreeSome office/administrative experience – preferably B2B, preferably financial services.Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.Extreme attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communications skill.Strong analytical skills and self motivator and outstanding organizational and time management skills.Excellent Interpersonal skills.Professional appearance and demeanor.
