Rates and Contracts Clerk
Immediate position available with a well established company in Portage, IN. Job requirements include:
Maintain system rates.
Fill out form style contracts and send to customers
Correspond with internal sales if there are questions about rates
Insure all contracts come back signed, are entered in our system and filed away
Determine if short paid invoices were billed using the correct rates.
Candidate should be well organized, comfortable speaking on the phone, persistent, team player, and reliable. AS400 experience is a plus. Transportation experience a big plus!
