Raising Capital for Private Funds

 Steele Larson Anderson Wealth Management recently launched Cold Frame Funds, a private real estate mutual fund that focuses on distressed real estate opportunities for other investment advisors, investment professionals and institutional investors.  We are seeking an individual who is experienced in selling to other investment professionals to market our fund throughout the country.

The successful candidate will focus on new client acquisitions from existing contacts with Registered Investment Advisors, Broker Dealers, investments professionals, and institutional investors.  Sales Professionals will identify, present and close new business through an existing and continuously developing external network. 

Specific job functions will include:

·         Increase sales, investment products and assets to the Broker/Dealer and Financial Institution communities by communication via telephone, email, marketing, traveling and meeting with brokers and financial advisors.

·         Develop a fully integrated strategic business development plan for Cold Frame Funds and oversee the execution to deliver the expected results.

·         Research and develop strategies and plans which identify marketing opportunities

·         Developing relationships at target firms and institutions.

·         Presenting Cold Frame Funds and Educating advisors on the funds.

·         Representing Cold Frame Funds at conferences and events. ·         Maintaining and tracking sales activity including participating in regional and national conferences as needed.  Direct contact with clients and wealth advisors as directed by management is also required.

·         Nurture and grow relationships with representatives through promotion of Steele Larson Anderson services and products.

Requirements:

·         BA required, MBA or MA a plus.

·         5+ years of experience in financial services, with a strong preference towards candates with mutual funds experience.

·         Strong interpersonal skills demonstrating an ability to work with a team and to build and maintain relationships.

·         Excellent presentation and selling skills.

·         Have high degree of integrity, a solid work ethic and a strong desire to succeed.

·         Track record of successful performance and execution
